Description
Big and beautiful is a good way to describe the Tefcold Gastro Line PT range. The granite work top is a joy to work with. The range comes with adjustable shelves and is chilled by an intelligent fan assisted cooling system. The digital controller and display is user friendly. All doors have a self closing mechanism and door gaskets can be replaced when required. The units come with castors which allow them to be moved around easily, however 3 of the castors are lockable to stop them wandering off. The unit accepts 1/3, 1/6 and 1/2 gastronorm pans (not supplied) and the doors accept euronorm trays (60 x 40 not supplied). The PT1310 even has an ambient dough draw. This range is definitely at home in professional kitchens, restaurants, canteens and cafe's.
