The Millennium Pastry from ISA is a well thought out and premium cake display fridge (understatement). For starters it comes on castors which allows for easy placement and easy cleaning. The glass is not only heated to prevent the build up of condensation, but is also double glazed to keep your cakes at temp, and lowers energy costs. There is also a night blind which can be used at night and slower periods to also keep energy costs down. Temp is controlled by a very clear digitial display at the back and the unit is also fan assisted meaning that air flow is consistent around the cabinet (another energy saving feature. 

The lighting is absolutely amazing. the cabinet is fully lit with high powered Led lights that create a soft diffused light which makes cakes that much more delicious looking. Each shelf is also individually illuminated. The deck is high quality stainless steel and not only adds to the look but is also very easy to clean.
