One thing to think about with cake & sandwich fridges is serving area. With the LPDF's flat top you can serve easily over it and allow small amounts of produce on top of them. The glass is not only double glazed but also anti mist. In the warm weather this is ideal as it prevents condensation. All shelves are fully adjustable and are even illuminated. The photos really dont do this justice as they really make your cakes pop out, and that more delicious looking. The range is cooled from the bottom and also with fan assistance. In busy periods or hot weather this is a real plus as it allows the cabinet to get to temp quicker than static cooled units. There is also a curved version of this range which you can see here
