Description
The Tefcold Gastro Line BLC blast chiller range comes in a variety of versions to suit your business. Reliable efficient and well constructed the range comes with 4 pre settable programs. A probe and user friendly controller panel allows you to set a blast cycle to your own preference. The door is self closing and gaskets can be replaced (when they wear out). The intelligent fan assisted cooling system ensures your produce reaches the desired temperature you set. The blast chiller accepts 1/1 gastronorm and 60 x 40 Euronorm pans. Pans must be purchased separately. Due to the high number of features this blast chiller has to offer we recommend you read the specs below.
