The Studio 54 ALEX3 is a great blast chiller/blast freezer capable of operating in high ambient temperatures up to 37c. This unit is capable of blast chilling 45kg in 4 hours and a temp probe is fitted as standard. Shelves also come as standard and this unit is constructed of high quality stainless steel. The range also accepts gastronome pans.
