Description
If you are a busy bar, cafe or restaurant then you will need ice. The Sigma SDE range of ice makers come with stainless steel construction which is easy to clean. The spray arm is removable and easy to maintain. The water pump is also easier to remove and maintain. This ice maker range can produce between 18kg of ice per 24 hours to 32kg of ice per 24 hours.
What makes this range stand out is the low power consumption and water consumption. The SDE also comes with a built in cleaning system and a double defrosting system.
