The BLCB-X range of blast chillers is widely used in professional kitchens for cooling food rapidly and hygienically. Choose one of the pre-set programmes or create your own on the easy-to-use touchscreen controller. Available in different sizes, all made in high-quality SS304 stainless steel and dimensioned for GN and Euronorm sizes (placed lengthwise).
