Ventilated 7 scoop ice display with curved glass
The Fiji range offers an excellent solution for gelato and ice cream vendors who need the quality and consistency of ventilated cooling but have limited space. It is available in 4, 6 or 7 scoop options and has a cabinet depth of only 630mm, making it perfect for smaller shops and cafรฉs. The unit is equipped with castors for easy movement, internal LED lighting for enhanced display, and a flip-down rear serving door that helps maintain temperature and hygiene during off-peak hours.
