Description
The Crystal Optimus 16 accepts industry standard 5ltr napoli pans (not inc). The freezer comes on castors which allow for easy cleaning and placement. LED lights illuminate the cabinet and are placed to really make your flavours pop out. Sliding glass doors cover the ice cream to keep the ice cream at temp (saving energy) but are easy to access. The freezer has a display capacity of 16 pans & storage capacity of 24 containers which eliminates the need for a second storage freezer.
