If you need a hot cabinet to store your pies, sausage rolls etc then the Blizzard Hott2 is a good choice. The cabinet comes with 3 adjustable chrome shelves and is constructed of high quality stainless steel. The rear access doors are removable as is the internal humidity pan making it very easy to clean and maintain. The Hott2 is lit using LEDs, LED lights tend to be more economical to run and provide a more power light.  A digital readout is on the rear of the cabinet and the temperature range can be varied from 30c right up to 90c.
