Blizzard have done a brilliant job with the Blizzard Hott1.  For one the  cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, with 3 adjustable chrome shelves.  The interior of the cabinet is illuminated with LED lights that are not only powerful but also economical to run. The Hott1 can be access through the rear sliding doors, which can be removed making this cabinet extremely easy to clean and maintain.  There is a digital control readout on the back of the cabinet and the temperature can range from 30c to 90c.
