Blizzard are well know for their quality products and the BCF20 blast chiller / blast freezer is no exception. constructed of high quality stainless steel, this unit comes on heavy duty castors to allow for easy movement and cleaning. Automatic vaporisation and temp probe come as standard. This is a powerful unit and can chill 70C to 3c in 90 minutes and if you need to freeze it can go from 70c to -18 in 240 minutes (weight dependent). 

This unit accepts 5 x 1/1 gastro pans... with 25mm pans recommended.
